How to download invoices and change your billing data

At any point, you can see your purchase history and download past invoices using this link: https://techforword.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/

Enter the email address you used to make your purchase, and you'll be sent a link to access your customer hub.

Once you receive the email, click the link that says "Click here to update your info or view your purchase history"

That will bring you to the customer hub.

Download an invoice
From the customer hub, you can search for a purchase or click "One-time purchases," "Payment plans" or "Subscriptions" to view your past invoices. (insiders payments are under "Subscriptions".)

You may need to click "Current" or "Cancelled" to find your invoices.

Changing your billing address or credit card
At the top right of the screen, click the "Update my info" button to update your billing address or credit card information.

Once you've finished doing so, click "Save changes."


Note: If you do not see a "Tax ID Number" or "VAT" field but need this information on your invoice, I recommend can add this information at the end of the "Name" field.
