Cleaning up formatting on Google Sheets

  1. Click the copy icon on ChatGPT
  2. Create a new Google Sheet.
  3. Click the top left cell.
  4. Go to Edit > Paste (or CTRL/COMMAND + V)
  5. Click "A" to select the first column.
  6. Go to Data > Split text to columns
  7. Change the Separator to "Custom" by clicking on "Detect automatically" and scrolling down to "Custom"
  8. Type the vertical bar (|) character into the "Custom" text box
  9. Clean up the spreadsheet, as needed.

Cleaning up formatting with Microsoft Excel

  1. Click the copy icon on ChatGPT
  2. Create a new Excel spreadsheet.
  3. Click the top left cell.
  4. Go to Edit > Paste (or CTRL/COMMAND + V)
