How to pause or cancel your Club membership

We know that life can get busy and expenses can add up.

That's why we make it easy to pause or cancel your membership at any time. (Although we'd hate to see you go! ๐Ÿ˜ข)

If it's time to take a break, you have two options:

Pause your subscription for a set period of time. This can be anywhere from one to six months. We'll "freeze" your membership and you'll pay the same monthly rate when your subscription resumes.

We have to do this manually โ€“ please email us at [email protected] and we'll get everything sorted out.

Cancel your subscription. In this case, if you choose to rejoin the Club (and we hope you will!), the current rate will apply.

To cancel your subscription, please log in to our payment processor using this link: https://techforword.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/

Enter the email address you used to make your purchase, and you'll be sent a link to access your customer hub.

In the customer hub, click "Subscriptions"


You will see your Club subscription โ€“ possibly under the "Current" tab. Click "View."

Then, click the "Cancel subscription" button.

Please note: You may see the option to "cancel" your subscription from our course platform (learn.techforword.com). This does not cancel your subscription immediately. We run payments through a separate processor, and unfortunately, we cannot "turn off" the cancellation tab on the course platform โ€“ but it doesn't automatically cancel your subscription!
